Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts permanently terminated without refund.
Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements on active bonuses will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus. Only funds from completed bonus offers or your original deposits (less amounts wagered) will be available for withdrawal.

During suspension, you cannot place wagers, make deposits, or request withdrawals, but your Balance remains intact. koin55 reserves the right to permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, harass staff or other Players, or violate applicable laws. Upon termination for Terms violation, koin55 may forfeit your entire Balance and any pending withdrawals. If termination is not for cause (e.g., koin55's business decision), your Balance will be returned to you minus any applicable bonus funds.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant Accounts incur a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 deducted from the Balance until either the Account is reactivated through login or the Balance is depleted. koin55 will attempt to notify you via email before applying dormancy fees. To avoid fees, simply log into your Account at least once every 12 months.
If you have any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding koin55 services, you must first attempt resolution through our customer support team.
